Shandong Huanbo Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014, located in the largest fluorosilicone materials production base in Asia - the Dongyue Fluorosilicone Industrial Park in Zibo, Shandong, China, covering an area of 8,000 square meters. The Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences provided important technical support during the project construction process and formed an industrial chain cooperation with the leading enterprise in China's fluorosilicone industry - Shandong Dongyue Group, which has outstanding innovation and research capabilities as well as modern management capabilities.

In 2019, the company completed the construction of a production line with an annual output of 45,000 tons of magnesium chloride hexahydrate. The second phase plans to build a production line with an annual output of 150,000 tons of magnesium chloride hexahydrate.Dihydrate and anhydrous calcium chloride are offered as complementary products for combined sales. This project aims to expand the utilization of hydrochloric acid resources, achieve circular economy, and ensure no waste pollution through the recovery, utilization, and treatment processes, thereby enhancing the company's sustainable development capabilities and competitiveness.
